The proposal for 207 Pulteney Street brings a new, exciting program to the eastern pocket of the CBD, with a re envisioned aesthetic whilst being sympathetic to the surrounding context.
The intersection of green, social, and living spaces creates a welcoming multi functional environment that breathes energy throughout it’s lifetime.
The program enriches the corner block of Pulteney and Flinders Streets, encouraging higher foot traffic to the quieter eastern cityscape to transform it into a bustling mixed use hub.
